We access marketplace accounts only through user permissions or delegated access you grant. We never ask for your main account password where a permission tool exists.
Every team account uses two-factor authentication and company-managed devices or browser profiles.
Staff sign confidentiality agreements and only access the clients they work on.
Customer data is used only to fulfil your orders. It is never copied to personal devices or used for marketing.
When an engagement ends, we remove our access, return any files you request and delete client data within 30 days.
We tell you within 72 hours of becoming aware of any security incident that affects your data.
