Refunds and Cancellation

Monthly engagements

Base fees for a service month that has started are non-refundable. If you cancel, services continue until the end of your 30-day notice period and usage is billed as normal.

One-time projects

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts, and is non-refundable after work starts. Each design includes two rounds of revisions.

Store audit

The first audit is free for new clients. Additional or standalone audits cost $129 and are non-refundable once the report is delivered.

Our errors

If a personalization error is caused by us, for example a name or date on the print file that does not match what the buyer entered, we credit the cost of the reprint and shipping, up to the value of the affected order, against your next invoice. Errors caused by incorrect buyer input are not covered.
