Who we are

Keelhouse Commerce Limited (“Keelhouse”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. xxxxxxx) with its registered office at Flat 1405B, 14/F, The Belgian Bank Building, 721–725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We are the data user for personal data collected through this website, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

What we collect

• Information you send through our forms or by email: your name, email address, company or store name, store link, phone or WhatsApp number and your message.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider and privacy-friendly analytics.
• For clients, the order and customer data we process inside your marketplace accounts on your instructions.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare audits and proposals, deliver and invoice our services, keep this website secure and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use our clients’ customer data for our own marketing.

Client customer data

When we process orders for you, you remain responsible for your customers’ data and we act only on your documented instructions, as set out in our Confidentiality and Data Handling terms.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (hosting, email and form storage), Cloudflare (domain, security and analytics) and payment providers; our professional advisers; and authorities when the law requires it. Some providers store data outside Hong Kong. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the contract plus 7 years for accounting purposes. Client customer data is deleted or returned within 30 days after the contract ends.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data by writing to privacy@keelhousecommerce.com. We respond within 40 days. We may charge a fee for a data access request where the law allows, and will tell you the amount first.

Direct marketing

We only send marketing emails with your consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
